The 4 Ingredient, 4 Minute Guacamole Recipe

By Kailei C.

Let me first start by saying that I LOVE ME SOME GUACAMOLE! I really do. And I love it even more now that I have a quick way to make it. This isn’t fancy. It’s simple, delicious and does the trick if you’re craving some guac or have some friends coming over and want a quick appetizer dish (I personally recommend Tostitos with a Touch of Lime tortilla chips). Here’s what you need for one good serving (multiply depending on how much you want to make):

1 ripe avocado

3 tbsp fresh pico de gallo

1/2 lime

3 dashes of Goya Adobo seasoning

1. Cut the avocado in half. Remove pit and scoop out into a bowl.

5. Mix together and enjoy!

It can’t get simpler than that, people!
