Hometown:  I am an Army Brat, so home is variable, but was born in Jacksonville, FL and I currently live in NYC.

Roles you play in life: Daughter, Sister, Proud Auntie, Mentor, Superwoman

Education: BA in Political Science from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (SIUC)

Occupation: VP, Customer Care for TWC

3 words that describe you:   Determined, Bossy, Spontaneous

Shuffle your iPhone – what’s the first song that comes up?: Homecoming by Kanye West/Chris Martin

What are your top three latest obsessions: Soul Cycle, my juicer, and making mini pizzas in muffin tins!

What is your favorite travel destination?: The next one.  Travel is my number one obsession! So much so that if I don’t have a trip planned, I feel dead inside. LOL!  Bermuda and India are next up.

What beauty product can’t you live without?:  I have just really gotten into getting my eyebrows dyed…They are just a shade lighter, so not really noticible to the untrained eye, but they look fuller.  this coupled with a great arch is my beauty regimen I must have!

Finish this sentence, “To feel more centered I…”: Go to the beach.  I do think my body and soul craves the energy and peace it gets from being close to the vast ocean.

Who is your celebrity fashion inspiration?:  I probably should, but really don’t pay too much attention to fashion, but Olivia Pope is killing them dead on Scandal!  I want her stylist to style me!

What words do you live by?:  Be Bold. Drive Change. Never Quit.

What are you most proud of?:  I am proud of being a living example of what can be achieved.  I am proud to be able to mentor others and give back.

What do you enjoy most about The Vyne?  The relevance to things women of color are talking about.  I often think the Vyne has my phone bugged and hear what my girlfriends and I talk about!

What is the best advice you’ve ever received?:  I was told at a very young age that I can do anything I set my mind to…this advice really does make me think I can take over the world!  No obstacle is too big!
