Vintage Inspired Bikinis for Any Body

By Kailei R.

Last week I came across this blog, (Gabi is seen in the #1 spot of the image). I absolutely love Gabi’s effervescence, style, and confidence, not to mention the fabulous vintage bikini she rocked during her vacation in Las Vegas. That got me inspired to look into more vintage bikinis inspired by the 50s and 60s.

Before you buy a vintage bikini, keep these tips in mind:

1)   If you have an hourglass figure and/or a smaller waist, find a bikini that can show the curves of your mid-section.

2)   If you have a thicker mid-section, find bottoms with a higher waist.

3)   If you have larger breasts, opt for a halter top or one that is made for your specific bra size (like #7).

Here are some of my favorite vintage bikinis from across the web:

1. Beach to Beach Bikini

2. Ani Bikini

3. Sao Paolo High Waisted Bikini

4. MARC BY MARC JACOBS Colorblock Halter Bikini

5. Choose Your Seaside Two Piece

6. Seafolly Gingham Check Bustier Bikini Top  and Bikini Bottoms

7. Freya ‘Fever’ Underwire Bikini Top and Hipster Bottoms
