Refyning Moments: Make a Happiness List
Here’s this week’s “Refyning Moment“: write down a list of things that help contribute to your happiness. Identify those things that bring you energy and those that help calm you down. Each day, do three of the things on your “happiness list.” Be sure to have a mixture of things that bring you energy and others that calm you down to keep your balance.
