We’ve all heard that”you are what you eat” but did you know that you’re also what you drink? Check out some of our favorite beverages that are not only amazing “ickiness busters” but also good at protecting your body and preventing illnesses.

This juice is strong, yet mighty. If you’re feeling bad, whatever your ailment, drink a glass of this and you will feel it working. Here are some health benefits of the ingredients:
